Refund Policy
The short version: try DreamChill for 30 nights. If you're not sleeping cooler, email us for a full refund. Damaged or defective items are covered for 60 days from delivery.
30-Night Sleep Trial
Every DreamChill Cooling Blanket comes with a 30-night money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at support@dreamchill.co with your order number and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or defective items
If your blanket arrives damaged or develops a defect, you're covered for 60 days from the date you receive it. To make a claim:
- Email support@dreamchill.co within 60 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
- We'll send a free replacement as supplies permit. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund your order in full.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email support@dreamchill.co and we'll arrange it.
Return shipping
Most refunds don't require a return. If we do ask you to return an item, we'll give you the return address by email. In that case:
- You're responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a return is required for your refund, the cost of return shipping is deducted from the refund amount.
- We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we can't issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
Refund processing
Once your refund is approved, we process it within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
