Shipping policy
The short version: US orders over $100 ship free, every order ships with tracking, and most orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Standard tracked shipping takes 7-12 days in transit, and if anything goes wrong, email us and we will sort it out.
Processing time
Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. During peak periods (holidays, major sales), please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email with tracking once it leaves the warehouse.
Shipping rates
- United States: shipping is free on every order over $100.
- All other orders: the exact shipping cost for your order and destination is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery estimates
We ship worldwide. Once your order is dispatched, standard tracked shipping typically takes 7-12 days in transit. Add the processing time above to estimate total time from order to doorstep.
International deliveries can occasionally take longer due to customs processing in the destination country. Your tracking page will always show the latest status.
Tracking your order
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check the status of your order any time on our order tracking page.
Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking events to appear. The first scan sometimes takes a little while to register.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email support@dreamchill.co as soon as possible, ideally within a few hours of placing your order. We can update the address any time before your order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
Wrong address entered at checkout
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us or lost because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we are not able to refund the order, but we will work with you to reship it (reshipping costs may apply). If you catch the mistake quickly, email us right away and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, your package is significantly overdue, or it shows as delivered but has not arrived, email support@dreamchill.co. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
For packages marked as delivered, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building's mail room, and any safe-drop locations. If it still cannot be found after 48 hours, contact us and we will help.
Customs, duties, and import taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes charged by the destination country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in your order total or our shipping charges, and we cannot predict or control them. If you are unsure what may apply, check with your local customs office before ordering.
